Responsibilities:
Stay abreast of the development methodologies and technical components in use and under development in the .Net community;
Contribute for the definition and building of various .Net applications;
Advocate and implement the best development practices within the development teams;
Coach and support to .Net developers;
Development of critical/complex software parts/components;
Experience in code profiling, performance tuning and problem troubleshooting;
Control quality of .net application development, define control methodologies and follow implementation;
Support the sales forces during the presales stage;
Solution design preparation according requirements;
Effort estimation for software/components development;
Experience in conducting code analysis and review along with generating any supporting documentation;
Experience in code profiling, performance tuning and problem troubleshooting;
Control quality of .net application development, define control methodologies and follow implementation;
Any experience in Document Management Systems such as SharePoint is a big plus;
Support or lead design, estimation and planning tasks for the solution using technical and functional expertise;
Generate and review estimates, which include anticipated issues and risks.
Requirements:
Higher education in IT;
Experience in .NET (at least 3 years) C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio;
Experience in code profiling, performance tuning and problem troubleshooting;
Experience in solution design and/or proposal preparation;
Excellent Lithuanian, good Russian/ English language skills;
The initiative, perseverance and focus on results;
Good communication skills;
Analytical thinking and rational persuasion abilities
